I’m a digital marketing and content strategy professional with experience across advertising, real estate, construction, and aviation. My background sits at the intersection of creative storytelling, data-driven strategy, and marketing technology, with a focus on building clear, effective digital experiences that support both customer needs and business goals.

 

I’ve worked closely with cross-functional teams to develop content strategies, optimize CRM-driven workflows, and improve full-funnel performance. I’m most effective in roles where strategy, execution, and collaboration come together to create meaningful, measurable results.

I studied Marketing and Advertising at North Park University in Chicago, where I built a strong foundation in strategic communication and creative design. I’ve always been drawn to creativity through leadership, art, music, and visual storytelling, and I knew early on that design and creative problem-solving would play a central role in my career. Outside of academics, I was actively involved in my church, sports, and creative hobbies such as photography and media, experiences that shaped how I collaborate, lead, and tell meaningful stories.

At North Park University, I began my career by blending creative storytelling with data-informed advertising strategy. Through hands-on coursework and real-world campaigns, I learned how audience research, messaging alignment, and performance insights work together to support organizational and enrollment goals.

I planned and executed cross-channel digital and print campaigns, developed multimedia and video content, and collaborated closely with academic, admissions, and marketing stakeholders. This experience taught me how to refine messaging through testing and optimization, strengthening engagement and improving campaign performance while working across teams toward shared objectives.

During my time at Interra Realty, I focused on translating complex commercial real estate offerings into clear, compelling digital stories that supported brokers, buyers, and business goals. I worked across multiple channels to ensure each property and campaign was positioned in a way that was both visually engaging and easy for audiences to understand.

A pivotal piece of my role was developing the strategy and co-directing Interra’s 10-year anniversary video, which captured the firm’s story, values, and growth while reinforcing brand identity. Alongside this, I developed content across web, email, social, video, and print, launched virtual property tours and interactive listings, and partnered closely with brokers and sales teams. Using engagement metrics to refine messaging and placement, I strengthened how content supported customer decision-making and overall marketing performance.

At Max Restoration, I worked at the intersection of digital marketing, technology, and operations, focusing on improving how customers were engaged and how teams worked together. I built structured lifecycle communications and workflows that supported both customer journeys and internal efficiency.

I developed automated email programs, managed paid digital campaigns, supported the implementation of Buildertrend, and delivered performance insights to leadership. This role strengthened my ability to use data, process, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable results.

At Unical Aviation, I led enterprise-level digital initiatives that brought together content strategy, CRM optimization, and analytics to support global B2B and B2C audiences. My focus was on creating scalable digital experiences that aligned brand, customer journeys, and revenue goals.

I directed a full website rebuild and migration to HubSpot, ensuring content was structured around lifecycle stages, and co-led a company-wide rebrand that established clear messaging architecture and content standards. I also developed full-funnel digital campaigns informed by performance data, supported global trade shows by aligning content and CRM follow-up, and partnered closely with sales and leadership to improve funnel efficiency and the overall customer experience.
